F.A.Q.'s

Is there a manager's meeting?

No... Enjoy Vegas and read all rules, rankings information, and EVENT INFO pages on our website.

Is there an HR DERBY?

If time and field space allows. Stay tuned here for details as we get closer to the event

Are Team Uniforms mandatory?

Yes

Are there roster checks?

Yes... All players must have legal photo ID/Drivers License on them at all times that match names and DOB on roster.

Will you have for $ale items?

Yes... Each park will be selling balls and great swag like jerseys, jackets, hoodies, hats, beanies, bats, batting gloves and more!

These are sought after items every year so get them as soon as possible before they are sold out. Sizes start to diminish

What kind of balls are allowed?

If not an NCS STAMPED Dudley Ball, don't bring it...  it is illegal! We will have plenty of balls for sale at each field.

DUDLEY is our official NCS BALL and the ONLY MANUFACTURER OF BALL THAT WE ALLOW... 12 inch balls for the MEN and an 11 inch balls for the WOMEN.

           - All Game Balls must be NCS STAMPED DUDLEY BALLS and must be OPTIC YELLOW in color

           - Men's divisions can hit any 12" NCS DUDLEY STAMPED BALL except for the Senior ball (44/525)

           - Women's divisions can hit any 11" NCS DUDLEY STAMPED BALL

           - COED divisions can hit any NCS DUDLEY STAMPED BALL except for the Senior Ball (44/525). Men's must hit the 12"                 ball and Women's must hit the 11" ball

           - Senior divisions can hit any NCS DUDLEY STAMPED BALL

Can I play on more than one team in the tournament?

Most Divisions will conflict. Divisions will also be at different parks throughout the Vegas area so it will be extremely difficult to play on two separate teams. Also, you can only play on one team of the same gender. For example... if playing Men’s D you can’t play Men’s E.

Anyone playing in the Open division can't play on an "E" team unless you are rated as a D player or below. Players can play on an adult team and also a senior team

What happens if a team no-shows?

If a team NO SHOWS and you receive a forfeit victory, this does give your team a win and counts toward your 3GG.

How do we get balls if we can't find them locally?

We will give you a couple before your first game at check in and we will have have plenty for sale at each complex

EXTRA INFO

Umpires:

We use one man system but we always try to use a two man system for semi’s and finals (not guaranteed, but very likely).

First Aid: (We Do Not Supply)

Please bring your own First Aid Kits, ice packs, and any other safety related items (we suggest purchasing team insurance to be safe).

Field Preps:

We usually do initial full preps each day and then just quick preps/water when we can if we have the time.

Traffic Info:

We can’t postpone games because of any freeway closures or heavy traffic. Plan on heavy traffic all weekend and leave to your park early.

Parking Lots:

Don’t leave valuables in your car. Vegas, as in most cities, has some not so nice areas and it's share of crime.

Food & Drinks:

BLD, Arroyo Grande, and Shadow Rock all have snack bars. All the other parks don't have them so feel free to bring your own food and drinks to any park except the three with snack bars.

Illegal Teams:

If you get kicked out of our tournament for having an illegal team or player, your team will not get a refund.

Always check here and at the EVENT INFO page at playncs.com regularly for tournament updates. Always double check brackets regularly onced released for any changes that may occur.
