Your team is only able to participate in our World Series by booking at least
3 team rooms using the above booking link or by paying the $75 hotel buyout fee.
(This is a one time, per team, buyout. Not a per player buyout.)
Failure to pay this fee before your first game will result in an automatic forfeit and possible removal from the event.

This policy is in place to assure to keep the hotel rates affordable for all teams, officials and staff as hotels will not guarantee us the best rates with out a minimum commitment.
