If you're shorthanded: Mens/Women - Teams must have 8 to start Coed - Must have 8 to start To add a player, they must arrive before their turn in the lineup. If you have to play short handed, no automatic out will be given.
No Men that have played Men's B or higher this year are allowed to play in the Coed Division. Maximum of 2 Men that have played Men's C this year are allowed to play in the Coed division per team. (No C Pitchers)
No Women That Have played Women's B or higher this year Are allowed to play in The Coed Division

Deadline to enter November 21st All entries and payments must be received bye us no later then November 21st. There will be a $50 late fee for any late payments or entry adds! checks must be in by Nov 10th! (No Exceptions)
Tournament Policies
Rain-Out Refunds
- 0 games played: 75%Refund
- 1 or 2 games played: Divided the entry fee by minimum # of games played. Refund amount is the games remaining. For example, for a $390 tournament entry fee where only one game is played, the team would be entitled to a 60% refund, $234.
- 3 games played: No Refund
- Once a game starts it is considered to be a game played.
*Teams also have the option of keeping their refund as a credit for a future A thru Z tournament. If a team chooses that, they would get the amount indicated above PLUS 10% of the entry fee as a credit. Credit is only good for tournaments run by A thru Z Sports Entry/Pull-Out Fees
$50 Late-Pullout Fee (less than 2 week before the event)
Teams pulling out after the brackets are done are responsible for the entire entry fee.
If we can replace your team, we will only charge the $50 pullout fee.
"No-Show" Fee:
Teams that do not show up for a later game (thereby shorting another team a game) will be charged a $100 fee. That fee will be given to the opposing team.
$50 for all bounced check fee.
A thru Z Softball reserves the right to modify game times or structure due to field conditions, time constraints, or inclement weather.
